Tar Heel Foundation Solutions was founded in 2007 when Larry, after a successful building career in Ohio, moved to Charlotte following the housing market crash of ’06–’08 to start a new chapter. With over 35 years of experience, he leads a dedicated team in Fort Mill, SC that values integrity, quality, and teamwork.

Every crew member shares responsibility for each project, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Our team is mold specialist certified (ID #1851144738), trained in encapsulation through Reets Drying Academy, and certified in helical pier installation by ECP.
